When enterring our database, every animal owner receives a card containing the name, address and telephone number of the pet owner, including the microchip number and recovery medallion, and the address and our phone number.
Considering the size of a card, this card can be kept in your pocket or wallet, and so the dog owners can have all the time the data written on it, to use them in case the animal is lost or stolen.
The permanent R.E.A.D.C. customer support operates 24 hours out of 24. The number that you can call is 0364,887,660 and is inscribed on the medallion fount on the puppys neck microchipped and registered with our association.
If you find a dog with a medallion, call R.E.A.D.C. and communicate the series number, your phone number and place where the owner can recover the dog.
If you have lost dog registered in our database, call the center and provide all data requested by our staff, and we will help you retrieve the animal quickly.
The reflective medallion provides all the information you need: telephone number 0364 887 660, where to call in case you have found a dog and series recorded in our database.
Orange reflective of the panel enables visualization and recognition, even late at night or headlights or torch, thus avoiding possible accidents.
The first contact someone has with an animal is the visually visible medallion that's why the dog collar convey the following messages:
If the animal was lost, its recovery can help by calling the phone number of R.E.A.D.C. scored on the medallion where the serial number can be found. R.E.A.D.C. will contact the dog owner to recover it.
