Video - Only 10 percent of stray dogs are registered and vaccinated

Hundreds of thousands of dog owners risk being fined by the authorities. By 1 January, they had to register their animals in the special register. Only 10% of them do but this. The data are approximate, because nobody knows how many dogs were Romanians. Currently, there are 390,000 registered dogs, many of the nearly four million they are, in reality, the courts and the homes of Romanians.
