Animal lovers fined instead of the responsible authorities

Dear animal lovers, owners or aware citizens, please analyze this cry for help received on our address: 

"Hello. I've heard of the successes in court that you've had. I would like to point out a case that I find worthy of being solved. There are mayors in the country which fine people for feeding stray animals. At the same time they don´t fine those who bred their animals in the yard and then abandon them. Somehow those decisions of Local Council violates the rights of animals, besides the bad faith they prove.

 We, R.E.A.D.C. Turda, are asking all animal lovers, all NGOs, veterinarians or good people who are aware of such cases to contact us to open lawsuits against local public authorities which do not have the courage to notify the non-application of free rabies vaccine in the administrative-territorial units they run or fight against the pound mafia which is enriched on the back of the taxpayer to local taxes, under the eyes of those responsible for public health and animal welfare, i.e. mayoralties and ANSVSA.

As the Constitution and the sentence of the Constitutional Court of Romania says, in our process with ANSVSA (https://readc.ro/activities/the-blackmail-of-rabies-vaccination-has-ended) quote: "public health is the responsibility of every citizen."

Please help these abused citizens by delivering us information, statements and copies of fines. We must not accept that the abuses of the raptors payed by contributors to invent guilty in the person of those who devote themselves to the animal protection and rights. 

If you are not directly affected, maybe you know such cases, or multiply this information to discover as many abusive cases on animal lovers as possible.
