We fight against corruption and abuse in the veterinary health system
Dear animal lovers,
We would like to announce you that Liviu Harbuz, together with The College of Veterinarians has filed, in 2016, a lawsuit against our association (R.E.A.D.C. Turda) and association’s manager, Iulia Iozsa, for the denigrating and slanderous nature of allegations made by us in the public environment.
Through this lawsuit he thought he will intimidate and stop us from revealing all abuses and illegalities in the Romanian veterinary system.
Liviu Harbuz, the current first vice-president of C.M.V., A.N.S.V.S.A., former president, State Secretary, prime minister V.V.Ponta’s adviser, deputy of Neamț, member of the Romanian Parliament and a candidate for the post of mayor, claims that he has lost his ”sure” function of future mayor of Piatra-Neamț (from the 3rd place), because of the documents and press releases published by us about the illegalities in the Romanian sanitary-veterinary system which he manages:
These sentences give us justice in all the allegations we have brought to him.
The results of these abuses are:
- rabies vaccine application failure in the last four years nationally;
- the injury to veterinarians and State;
- expired sera in stock;
- treatment of over 12,500 citizens suspected of rabies;
- canine abandonment and illegal killing of animals in shelters.
All these are determined from these costs imposed by a group of interests.
Tomorrow, 18.12.2018, 09.00 o'clock, at the District 5 Court Bucharest, will be the next term from the trial, and this way we want you to support us in our struggle against Liviu Harbuz and in revealing the offenses and crimes in the sanitary-veterinary system, which he influences and controls, in the shadow.
Will the president of the College of Veterinarians and the C.M.V. subscribing members, or Liviu Harbuz, from his own pocket, as an individual, pay the trial costs???
Corruption has names, surnames and functions, as I said at the EP committee meeting.
