Dear animal lovers, owners or aware citizens, please analyze this cry for help received on our address:
"Hello. I've heard of the successes in court that you've had. I would like to point out a case that I find worthy of being solved. There are mayors in the country which fine people for feeding stray animals. At the same time they don´t fine those who bred their animals in the yard and then abandon them. Somehow those decisions of Local Council violates the rights of animals, besides the bad faith they prove.
On 08.05.2019, R.E.A.D.C. Turda held a press conference in the conference room of the Cultural Palace "IonelFloaşiu" CâmpiaTurzii, wherewe had as guests:DorinLojigan, mayor of CâmpiaTurzii, AlinIrimieş, representative of Câmpia Turzii City Hall, Philip McCreight, president of the Association Tasso e.V. Germany, CalinMărginean, the municipality's concessionaire veterinarian, and R.E.A.D.C. collaborator, prof. dr. Paul Alexandru.
R.E.A.D.C. won another fight with the abuses of the sanitary-veterinary system.
In April of 2018, R.E.A.D.C. filed a lawsuit against the College of Veterinarians to annul the Decision no. 3 of 2009, which provided that "mobile clinics can only be used for intervention on stray animals".
