R.E.A.D.C. Association was present at Euro Dog Show 2012 - European Championships of Pedigree Dogs, which took place in Bucharest, at Romexpo, from 4 to 7 October 2012.
This unique event has attracted in the four days of competition a number of 8700 pedigree dogs from Europe, Asia, North and South America. Over 280 breeds were present, daily arbitrated by a team of 81 arbitrators famous around the world.
R.E.A.D.C. had a stand at the event, where they presented the model and principles of animal welfare organization Tasso e.V. Germany, which currently holds the world's largest database of pets in Europe, with over 9 million animals registered animals.
The most reliable method of monitoring the animals proved to be the model of identification: plate + transponder + permanent call station, of Tasso e.V., which has over 30 years of experience, transformation and continuous technical adaptation. On this occasion, we were contacted by animal lovers, veterinaries, veterinary clinics, who wanted to protect their quadruped friends, and some of them have become collaborators, volunteers or even members of our association, understanding the importance of pets identifying and monitoring.
A particularly pleasant surprise for us was the fact that the officials and representatives of agencies or other countries associations have contacted and invited us to present and implement this system to the competent bodies, from their home countries.
Relations and direct contacts with foreign official representatives have been coordinated towards the association that helps and consults us, Tasso e.V. from Germany, this holding the technique to successfully implement this system of animal protection and monitoring.
