On August 10th 2016, Registrul Electronic al Animalelor Domestice si de Companie Turda (R.E.A.D.C.) in collaboration with the Tasso e.V. Germany Association, attended a working meeting at C.A. Rosetti City Hall, Tulcea County, aiming to a new campaign of microchipping, identification, registration, rabies vaccination, internal and external deworming of owned dogs around this locality. |
Doru Iuga from the Salvamont Rescue Center in Beliș became a lifeguard by his admirable gesture of saving two puppies, aged just six weeks, from the waters of Lake Beliș-Fântânele.The man, seeing them struggling to survive, was moved with compassion and gave them another chance at life.

OPEN LETTER
With this letter, we wish to draw your attention to the abuses created by Order no. 1/2014 of the National Agency for Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority (A.N.S.V.S.A.) to approve rules on identification and registration of stray dogs and Law 258/2013 Article 13 / paragraph 4, which assigns away dogs Register (RECs). It was awarded the College of Veterinarians (CMV), which established illegally, enrollment fees not covered by the law. In fact, we want to emphasize the unenforceability registration procedures, since the legal provisions mentioned above provide microchipping in private labor negotiations between the veterinarian and pet owner. In this respect, we want to point out that because of the level of poverty which is 80% of dog owners in Romania, they are not willing to allocate such amounts to the animal from the property. As a result of this situation, we are near "Attempt on Public Health" since getting rabies vaccine, which is free, was subject to the payment of these fees.

Rosetti, Tulcea County, and veterinarian Nan concessionaire Ionel have the pleasure to announce the campaign for microchipping, identification, registration, rabies vaccination, deworming internal and external stray dogs across localities mentioned.
Association "Electronic Register of livestock and Company" Turda, in partnership with Tasso e.V. Germany, under the protocol signed with the mayors of Somova and Nalbant, jud. Tulcea, in collaboration with veterinarian concessionaire Dumitru Bazbanela, carried out between November 2015 - February 2016, a campaign registration, microchipping and vaccination of dogs with owner .
