We would like to announce you that Liviu Harbuz, together with The College of Veterinarians has filed, in 2016, a lawsuit against our association (R.E.A.D.C. Turda) and association’s manager, Iulia Iozsa, for the denigrating and slanderous nature of allegations made by us in the public environment.

Victory in court for 7 million owners of domestic carnivores

After four years of struggle, the lawsuit filed by the R.E.A.D.C. Association against A.N.S.V.S.A. was reinstated at the Court of Appeal Cluj, following the sentence of Constitutional Court, no. 23/23.01.2018, which declared as unconstitutional the provisions of art. 13⁴ of GEO 155/2001 and, consequently, the rabies vaccine is performed free of charge and compulsory, independent of microchipping. On October 3, 2018, at the Court of Appeal, we obtained the removal of the obligation to pay the costs related to identification and registration in R.E.C.S. of all dog owners, by cancelling the art. 7, paragraph 2 and 10, of Order 1/2014 of A.N.S.V.S.A.

29-year-old of complains, of showing the suffering of dogs abandoned in the streets of Romania.

They all show the result of their breeding, but nobody shows real reasons, or the culprits, and a "State of permanent war"is created with stray dogs, State and the citizen, Europe and Romania, diaspora and the homeland, etc.

Among the guests there were and old political elements and „classical” activists, the same people we have personally informed in 2015 about "the attack on public health" and the exaggerated costs imposed on pet owners, although the rabies vaccine is free, paid by the Government and EU. Injury, corruption, abuse of position, it is understood.

All these elements and active entities have not reacted, although they had the political power to intervene and "the active instruments" in the country with sufficient donations. But it was not desirable.

To all the people who have a dog at home: it has been displayed at the Community Center and the drummers have announced that rabies vaccine is free of charge.

All the people must bring their dog to be vaccinated, if not... it is bad!

Ira and Scooby, happy and peaceful alongside their new owners from Germany

We present you Ira and Scooby, two dogs rescued off the streets of Sulina and adopted in Germany, where they are now having loving owners and a peaceful life.
Captured by dog-catchers, the two dogs were kept for a period in the shelter, where they were diagnose with heartworms, respectively mange. Without having any material interest, as other "rescuers", our association has been involved in treating them and sending them for adoption, contacting for this purpose a private veterinarian. 
We have also been involved in socializing them, to make sure that we give mannered dogs for adoption. 
Their eyes are now calm and clear, their condition is relaxed and their body no longer trembles with fear.
All costs of adoption were supported by R.E.A.D.C. and Tasso e.V. Germany.
We are happy to see that our concern for their health and well-being has given results!
